WEBSITE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility:

The Koala Digital Win a Free Website Competition (“Competition”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Koala Digital LTD, their family members, or anyone else connected with this Competition.

  1. How to Enter:

The Competition will run on the Koala Digital LTD Facebook page.

To enter the Competition, participants must like the Koala Digital LTD Facebook page and tag their Facebook business page in the comments of the Competition post.

Multiple people can tag the same business for extra entries, but each individual person can only tag the page once multiple tags from the same individual will be disqualified.

  1. Competition Period:

The Competition will commence on Monday 7th August 2023 and will close on Sunday, 13th August 2023 at Midnight (GMT). Any entries received after this date will not be considered.

  1. Prize:

The prize is a website design package by Koala Digital LTD, up to the value of £2500.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

  1. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The winner will be announced on the Koala Digital LTD Facebook page on Monday 14th August 2023. The decision of Koala Digital LTD in selecting the winner will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

  1. Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook within 7 days of the announcement.

The winner will be required to respond to the notification message within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternative winner.

  1. Website Design:

The website design package will be tailored to the winner’s requirements based on their business needs and within the maximum value of £2500.

Koala Digital LTD will work with the winner to discuss the design process, but the final design and content decisions will be at the discretion of Koala Digital LTD.

The website will be designed based on standard web design practices, and any additional features beyond the prize value will be subject to extra charges. The website will be built on WordPress using Divi theme builder or Elementor theme builder. All plugins or add-ons will if required will need to be purchased separately but the website owner. Domain and hosting is not included within the prize.

  1. Intellectual Property:

By entering the Competition, participants grant Koala Digital LTD the right to use their business name, logo, and any content shared in connection with the Competition for promotional purposes.

  1. Publicity:

The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Koala Digital LTD, including but not limited to having their name and business details announced on social media and other marketing materials.

  1. Privacy:

Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with Koala Digital LTD’s Privacy Policy.

  1. General Terms:

Koala Digital LTD reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition without prior notice in exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

Koala Digital LTD reserves the right to disqualify any entries or participants that breach these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent activity.

By participating in this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
