Our Task
We were approached by Ian and Sarah, the lovely husband-and-wife team behind Constable Park, a stunning riverside destination on the Essex/Suffolk border offering accommodation, watersports, a café and a brand-new wellness retreat.
From the outside, life by the River Stour looked pretty idyllic. But behind the scenes, disconnected booking systems on their existing website, plus unnecessary manual admin, were creating far more stress than necessary. Different areas of the business were all operating separately, while watersports bookings had to be managed through phone calls, messages and people simply turning up on the day. What a nightmare!
The website also wasn’t clearly showcasing everything Constable Park had to offer, with many visitors still seeing it purely as somewhere to stay.
Our job was to create a modern website redesign that simplified bookings, reduced admin time and properly reflected Constable Park as the year-round destination it had become.

- Providing post-launch training and tutorial videos so the team could confidently manage the website themselves
